Family Sacrament Preparation

St. Anthony's School children and Public School children in Second Grade prepare to celebrate the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist.  This will include children that have not been Baptized and those in grades 3 - 12 that have missed the Celebration of Sacraments.

Diocesan regulations stipulate that candidates for these sacraments are required to have one full year of faith formation prior to entering second grade.  During this year of preparation, parents are required, also, to attend a series of classes relating to these Sacraments to enable then to participate more effectively in their child's Sacrament Formation.  These classes for parents and children will be held on Sunday afternoons, 3:00 - 4:3-pm.

This semester preparation for "Confirmation and First Communion": Please mark your calendar with these important dates.

April 15, 2012,   3-4:30pm  Family Sacrament Preparation,  Parents and Children

April 17, 2012  7:00 pm     Baptism for the older kids

April 24, 2012   7:00 pm    Confirmation for older kids.

May 4, 2012    7:00 pm      Rehearsal for First Communion    

May 5, 2012    6:00 pm Mass     First Communion at 6 pm Mass
